Mrs. Tosin Oyerinde has over 12 years’ experience in financial services and she joined the company from inception in as the first CEO of Vannesfield Limited. She was the Executive Director of Bridgegate Insurance Brokers Limited with responsibilities of both marketing and technical operations functions. She was one time the head of Claims and Remedial Management function in Coronation Insurance Plc and she implemented business optimization and automation processes of the claims, pre and post loss inspection and underwriting functions. Tosin is a graduate of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and has a MSc in Economics from University of Lagos.

Peter Ehimhen has over 30 years of cognate experience in financial services and risk management, as well as is a co-founder and CEO of Fortrust Investment Limited, a fund management company. Peter provides strategic and managerial oversight throughout the companies. Peter is a graduate of the Enugu State University of Science and Technology and had his post-graduate studies, MSc in Risk Management and MBA in Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University UK and University of Nigeria, respectively. Peter is a Director on the Board of Aipet Limited, a real estate firm.
